We also offer customers in Anaheim, CA and Bloomington, MN the opportunity to shop with us in one of our Giant Superstores. However, the product listed online may not be available in store as we utilize many warehouse locations for our website inventory. Pricing on the site may also vary from the store prices/promos. We are not able to match online prices to the stores or store prices to online prices.
Can I return an item I bought online to a retail store?
We want to make the return process as convenient for you as possible. You are welcome to take an item back to a retail store for a credit or exchange. You will need to provide a copy of your Order Confirmation email. If you need a copy please contact Customer Service.
Can I return an item I bought at a retail store to the Carlsbad Returns Address?
We want to make the return process as convenient for you as possible. You are welcome to ship or drop off an item to our Carlsbad, CA location for a credit or exchange. You will need to provide a copy of your original sales receipt and a phone number you may be contacted at.

I am a Canadian shopper but don’t see how to order at checkout?
At Hockeygiant.com we are unable to ship orders to Canada. However, we have launched a new site exclusively for our neighbors to the north. Please check out www.Hockeygiant.ca for a site designed for all your hockey needs. All items on that site are in-stock and available to ship to any Canadian location.
I am in Canada but only see the item I want on the US site how do I order?
We continue to work to increase our product availability on our Canadian site. Please check back often for more inventory to be added as well as vendors. Unfortunately if it is not listed on the Canada site we can not ship it to Canada at this time.
